Care Services
Norton Lodge is licensed to provide services by the Care Quality Commission. We are registered for thirty-two residents and provide care for the physical, emotional and psychological needs of adults with varying types of dementia. We also cater for people with learning disabilities and people under the age of 65.
Norton Lodge specialises in developing management programmes for each ‘individual’. Each individual is offered twenty-four hour care by experienced and caring staff.
As a residential home, Norton Lodge does not provide Nursing Care. However, District Nurses provide any domiciliary medical attention required.

Our philosophy of care at Norton Lodge is to provide a family orientated home, where individuals feel safe and cared for in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

Norton Lodge has developed a set of clear working policies, which have been implemented to ensure that individuals receive the optimum quality of care and can lead a worry-free life. All policies relating to the operation of Norton Lodge are readily available for inspection.
